Common Questions

How does job matching work?

Jobs are matched based on: (1) Portfolio quality and style, (2) Your tier level (Queen gets first priority), (3) City location, (4) Client preferences. You will receive opportunities via email and can accept/decline within 24-48 hours.

What if no jobs come through in a quarter?

Project volume varies by city and season. We prioritize quality matches over quantity. You still keep all membership benefits (fragrances, community, discounts, masterclasses) regardless of project volume. View opportunities as a bonus, not a guarantee.

How is this different from Upwork or Fiverr?

This is a vetted, premium network. No bidding wars, no race-to-the-bottom pricing. Clients are high-net-worth Circle members and Monbeau itself. You are hired based on portfolio quality and cultural fit, not lowest price.

Can I work for other clients too?

Absolutely. This is non-exclusive. The network is a source of opportunities, not your only income stream. Work with anyone you want outside the network.

What happens if I do bad work?

We have a rating system. Clients rate you after each project. Consistently poor performance or missed deadlines will lower your priority for future opportunities. Excellence gets rewarded with better projects.
