Hermès doesn't rush the Birkin. Ferrari doesn't accelerate production to meet demand. The world's most coveted houses understand that quality requires intention — and intention cannot be rushed.
Monbeau operates by the same principle.
Due to rising global demand and our unwavering commitment to the quality we're known for, we have established the following standards across all Monbeau operations worldwide.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING
Monbeau crafts in limited monthly batches from our Global Headquarters in Los Angeles and our Africa Headquarters in Cape Town, with fulfillment from Los Angeles and Johannesburg.
We do not mass-produce. We do not compromise.

Every Monbeau product carries a unique batch number — your personal provenance marker connecting you to the exact production run of your fragrance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final.
Monbeau products are crafted in limited quantities and prepared to order. Once dispatched, they cannot be restocked or resold. We uphold this standard to protect the integrity of our craft and the experience of our customers.
Damaged or Defective Orders Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.

WHY THIS STANDARD EXISTS
We have built Monbeau on a simple belief: desire over convenience.
Every Monbeau product undergoes serial verification before dispatch. This means your fragrance is individually inspected, authenticated, and registered to its unique batch number before it leaves our atelier. This process takes time — but it is the reason we can guarantee authenticity, the reason counterfeiters cannot replicate our products, and the reason we hold such a firm line on returns.
A product that has left our hands cannot re-enter our supply chain. Once verified and dispatched, its serial record is sealed. This protects the integrity of every bottle we produce — yours included.
We are not a mass-market brand. We do not operate like one. As we expand globally, we hold this line because we respect our customers enough to be clear about who we are.
